Documentation

    There is currently a short (22 page) Force Field Explorer manual that will expand as new features are developed. The JavaDocs may be of interest to programmers interested in Java or who want to modify Force Field Explorer to suite their particular needs. However, caveat emptor, the API is still evolving. A large part of the TINKER manual is included within Force Field Explorer for convenience when setting up keyword files and to help in understanding the various sampling and optimization algorithms available. Finally, the Beanshell manual is a guide to using the shell that has been incorporated into Force Field Explorer for use in scripting.
